30-minute call response time required -- 1:1 call ratio
20 - 25 patient encounters per shift
1 - 2 average patients seen
1 - 2 phone consults on average
Both inpatient and outpatient rounding required
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
